At Briawood, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return in accordance with the policy below.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it
- Unworn or unused
- With original tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Please note that returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
However, if an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or has another issue caused during transit or fulfillment, Briawood will cover the return shipping costs and provide appropriate return instructions.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:
- The item is defective
- The item is damaged
- You received the wrong item
We will evaluate the issue and work to provide an appropriate resolution as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Personal care products (such as beauty items)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
If you have questions about whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before submitting a return request.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to return the original item once approved and place a new order separately.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
To qualify, the item must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In its original packaging
- With original tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item and inform you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank, credit card provider, or payment service may require additional time to process and post the refund.
